My coaching philosophy is about working firstly with the human needs in front of me and then addressing the performance requirements of the individual to enable that individual to achieve their very best outcomes. I find this approach builds rapport and training buy-in, which facilitates the delivery of sessions, and application of stimulus to that individual’s system. I have lived both the athlete/ client and coaching roles, and I draw from those experiences to deliver the best sessions and individual outcomes I can.
